  • Navigating the journey to better health can be a scary one. Everyone has challenges they need to manage and experiences they need to heal from. We are here to guide you and work with you.

  • The first session is to find out if we can work comfortably together. There will be some questions asked as part of an assessment process so we can determine your needs and the best way to work together moving forward. You can ask any questions and discuss and concerns you may have.

  • Everything spoken about is completely confidential. Therapists are bound by a Professional Code of Conduct which includes the client’s right to privacy and confidentiality. No information will be shared unless consent is given.

    There are some circumstances where a therapist may release your information without your consent including:

    - If they feel your like or someone else’s life is in immediate danger

    - Therapists are also mandatory reporters which means they must report the abuse of a child under 16 years of age; and

    - Therpists must also provide your information if your records have been the subject of a legal subpoena under a court of law

  • You do not need a referral for private non-rebate sessions- you can call or email anytime! If you want to claim a Medicare rebate session through a Mental Health Care Plan. Advise your GP you would like a referral for RenewMe Therapy. Please contact us if you need more information.

  • To get up to 20 sessions under the Medicare rebate you simply need to go to your GP and discuss your mental health concerns and ask for a Mental Health Care Plan. Your GP will give you a referral. Please contact us if you need further information

  • We do not Bulk Bill however you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
